They are unhappy with whatever situation that they are in. The only way out (for them) is suicide.
-
Generally people who commit suicide are not healthy in both mind and body.
-
frustration may lead to it i dunno
-
There are many reasons. Disappointment over some or all areas of their lives, is one. Grief is another.
-
Because they have problems in their lives which have nothing to do with health.
-
They are not healthy.Not mentally.
-
Health issues are about the only thing that I can imagine might cause a person to totally give up hope. The only thing that can imagine is that they were physically healthy but tormented by psychological issues that they did not share with the world. Hope the question is hypothetical and not the real thing.

Some people don't desire to live. If I lost my son, I would have no reason to live, and I wouldn't continue to do so.

There are many reasons. I have known many, many situations where young healthy people have committed suicide. Usually it is due to depression and grief over a loss - loss of a relationship, boyfriend, girlfriend, friendship, feeling rejected by a parent, misplaced guilt over something done or not done - there are as many reasons as there are people. It is very important to have a kind and encouraging word for everyone you meet - children and adults - you don't know what their fears and struggles may be (imho). Great question +5

-
because life sucks, and is often more painful than death. sometimes an apparently "healthy" person may have depression, which is incurable and untreatable in most cases. living like that is like being in hell on earth, so one kills themselve. its not like there is anything wrong with suicide, or there shouldnt be; we all have the right to terminate our OWN life at will.
-
No...You can not be healthy (in your mind) to commit such an act
-
You just really never do know what is going through someone's mind in that situation. They may be able to hide things extremely well, but be going through some very dark times inside.

Without God, a healthy person or a millionaire to top it off cannot find happiness. There is true love that brings happiness, and then there is artificial love that brings temporary happiness. In the end, chaos and disorder play a huge factor on those who have not known God, spiritually as Scripture proclaims. John 14:26-27 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. [Not as the world gives do I give to you]. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."
-
maybe theyre not as healthy as you think they are or theyre depressed which isnt healthy
