i find it hard to stop swearing mid-sentence. I cant keep my temper when its too hot outside. i cant stop smoking to cure my insomnia. trying to improve on all the above

I cannot run, jump, or diet well. I'm trying to improve the running and dieting, but use jumping demonstrations to make my children laugh.

I seriously lack discipline, I procrastinate too much... and I'm pretty mean at times. Those three things that I cannot do well, and trying to improve on (well trying in a sense, cos I procrastinate...still...)

I can not program Excel, I can't type without looking at the keys and I can not stay consistent with daily exercise.

I can't drive too well, my handwriting needs improvement and I'm so bad at math of any kind.

I would like to improve my grammar as using the internet has ruined it. I'm not very disciplined so I'm working on that. I'm pretty terrible at bowling but love it anyway so trying to improve on that too.

I am not good with plants, wouldn't mind being able to do that. I'm not real good with computers....still have much to learn. I'm not good at cutting my own children's hair. I have done that before, but prefer not to. That is something I don't feel I have to get better at. They would rather just go out & get their hair cut by someone else anyway.

I don't always speak loud enough for others to hear me. I'm a drowner when it comes to swimming. However, I'm alright with a life jacket. I find it hard to motivate myself. I'm trying to improve on the first and last things. I'm also motivated to become a better swimmer.
