Corn on the cob probably would be number one. Followed by tomatoes (if you count them as a veggie) and cucumbers. I just generally LIKE veggies...

Toss up between snow peas and asparagus for flavor. My favorite has always been potato, but is has very little flavor, so not sure where that leaves us.

Since corn is very starchy, I tend to categorize it with with things like rice and potatoes rather than vegetables. My favorite vegetable is asparagus.
