I'm not sure on the make and model but it is the car from the Evil Dead series, he talks about it in the commentary on Evil Dead.

A 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88, also know as "The Classic", has been in every movie directed by Sam Raimi, with the possible exception of "The Quick and the Dead" (1995). Although Bruce Campbell claimed at Comic Con 2005, that "The Classic" had been disassembled and its chassis had been used as a covered wagon frame so as to keep it in the movie. Hope this helps.
