I'm sorry I'm not a man and I shouldn't be answering this question but, "where's"? what the hell is that?
-
Yes. It shows that they are not attentive to their looks. This implies both that they do not follow through with something they decide to do and take care of their nails, and they don't take pride in themselves. This could possibly forewarn about poor hygiene and living conditions. Little edit here: I don't really find nail polish to be a turn ON in the first place. But once it's there it should be taken care of or removed.
-
Not in the slightest, anyway I'd be too busy looking in her eyes to notice her hands : )
-
Nah...I like the outdoor's type of girl anyway. I'm not much for women that need to rely heavily on makeup, nails...ect.
-
That has to be the least significant and least important thing one might come up with. If that sort of thing bothers a guy, he's a dope. No, it's not important to me.
-
bacchus you are so idiotic who cares about a girls nail gloss if u do u are sooo diked arggggggggggggh u wind me up ur the kinda guy that forces women to wear all that make up and shite argggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhyhgvefvfvb

I think it's a bigger turn off if a woman doesn't have enough of a brain and asks shallow questions like this
-
To me, a womans hands and fingernails are a barometer of the rest of her body. Clean nails, fully polished nails, tells me this woman takes pride in herself, inside and out. Guys notice these things.
-
Womens nails free from nail polish is a Turn ON to me! I hate nail polish....
-
its not necessarily a turn off. Could just be having a bad day
-
If I'm spending my time studying the perfection of her nail polish, she has long since lost the "sexy" war with me.
-
I doubt a man would find chipped nail polish a turn off but it might make him think you dont take pride in your appearance.
-
There should be more important things that a guy should be concerned about. If the nail polish is faded because she is doing dishes, washing clothes, cooking, taking care of the kids, house and the guy... what is the big deal. As long as she also showers and wears clean clothes everything is good. And is a guy really going to stop and think about chipped nail polish in the bedroom? Faded or chipped nail polish can mean that she is willing to get her hands dirty and work at making a home with a guy. Besides looks are going to fail in old age, then all a guy will have to worry about is compatability in a woman.
-
I rarely notice a woman's nail polish. Better things to look at.
-
okay hes a prick
-
Never in a mans life, will he ever, ever, be getting ready to have sex, and then come out of nowhere and walk away from it because of nailpolish. Ever! LOL
-
Yeah,may be for shit heads.
-
Sadly, we wouldn't notice if the WERE perfectly manicured.
-
im female and must admit its one of my pet-hates!! it spoils the whole appearance of ladies!!!
-
LOL I could care less!
-
the only way my wifes nails matter to me is if they are jagged when she scratches my back unknowingly, that could tear flesh, draw too much blood.
-
I'm a girl, I don't wear nailpolish and my nails are kept short. Why? I rock climb, ride horses, and play guitar, besides all of the other outdoorsy things i do. Guys, Is that a turn-off?
-
I wouldn't call it a "turn off" but rather, really nice nails are a turn on. Chipped nails isn't a show stopper, but it does show something about her. Either have nails polished, or don't. In between isn't good.
-
Insufficient data for a response. What level of cleavage is showing? I will admit to looking at her fingernails, but I wouldn't think she'd appreciate me stopping my activity to look up and tell her her nails are chipped.
-
No, though I know that I don't have to worry about that with you. I bet your hair, your makeup, fingernail polish and all is at least near perfect all of the time.
-
IF a woman is going to wear nail polish ; she should not be so lazy as not to clean it off when it begins to fade or chip ... complete turn off ...
-
Nail polish is a turn off.
-
Nail polish is very nice when kept up. But if you don't have the time or desire to work at keeping the polish looking nice then go without. Until I can afford to have my nails kept up professionally I will just go without.
-
Don't really care about it, no. She's a good person, and that's all that matters to me.
-
Oh, wow! Like, yes, I do and, if on top of that she has yellow teeth...forget it!
-
Big time! I'm sure men don't go out inspecting women's nails but it's one of those things that when you notice it - uh-uh - not good. She could rather be wearing nothing. ;D
-
No it doesn’t bother me at all. It just goes to show that they use their hands, and are hard workers.
-
I've never met a man that even noticed.
-
Personally, I think its a mojor turn off cause it shows the girl does not take care of herself. How a girl keeps her hands and feet speaks volumes about her. If she can not have painted nails then at least have none. That's more acceptable I guess
-
Nail varnish is tacky stuff. It's a turn-off to see it, especially when applied to very long nails. So it's doubly slutty to wear it faded and chipped.
-
Nay, I welcome all kinds.
-
Men: Do you think its a turn off if a man where's fading or chipped nail polish?
-
Yes, because it more or less says that she does not care about her looks/appearance.
-
That's exteremely insignificant to me. It would have little bearing on what I thought of someone.
-
LOL trust me i would be too busy looking at a womens other body parts ;)
-
It is a turn off if she doesn't deal with it. I am a guy who wears polish on my toenails and I always try to keep it looking good. The ladies should do the same.
