Do all cats like that kissing sound that I know everybody makes to call them?

my kitty is rude and ignores me, but when i do kissy noises she at least looks at me. sometimes when shes in a good mood she will answer to her name, but that doesnt happen much

my cat likes it, sometimes she just turns her head to look at me, if she's in the mood she'll come to me.

What kissing sound? Guess we're out of the loop on that, too. We just call him..we say "here Tigger..come on home" or words to that effect. :)

I click my tongue and he perks right up. I havent ever done the kissing sound to them.
