Yes, mostly beans and Vienna sausages.

Not potatoes!!!!!

Sometimes, try to normally eat them fresh though.

no I think it is cruel and unusual food pnishment to beat anything you eat with a cane...well it might work well for mashed potatoes if you meant canned which I assume you did :) I don't eat canned foods. most of them have been cooked to the point there really isnt much nutrition in them and if not they are usually so soggy and have no crunch to them I prefer to go to my local fresh market and korean market to get fresh veggies. The cost isnt too bad and I can cook and clean them myself, so I know what's on them...and they can be wokked or eaten raw, which I prefer to do over boiling or microwaving

Mostly canned ham... disgusting i know...

Spaghettios

Yes, but that's a rare occurrence. Say, once every two weeks. I don't like canned foods. They are delicious, but they are also filled with preservatives.

There are a few canned foods I use, like tomatoes, green chilies, and tuna. But for other things, I prefer fresh or maybe frozen

I just recently discovered canned potatoes as a way to make quick Indian food containing potatoes because its hard enough work as it is I dont need to be boiling and peeling spuds too. I eat canned Tuna Beans tomatoes soups olives and beets But I always wash the beans and beets really well because of the salt and the brining liquids and try for low sodium.

Sometimes, but I would rather have fresh food.
