Sunflowers. They are so bright and I love how they face the sun. They just cheer me up when I look at them. Sometimes I think when I look at them, they turn their faces to me.

Daisies. I love their simplicity. Plus they are cheerful.

Dear Angeleve - - That question really brought back, a Very special dream I had ,right after my grandmother passed away !! An Angel-( my grandmother) - came to the window in her breakfast room - with a beautiful glass vase- with a single Red Rose, in the vase- I rember running to the window,and watching a angel - as she began to fly away- and I saw the smile of my grandmother - all around the angel !! Peony. I miss them in the Spring, they don't grow here in Texas. They are a beautiful and fragrant flower, kind of looks like a carnation, but bigger than a Snowball Mum. They are either white, pale or dark pink and grow in the northern states. Bath & Body Works has the scent in their line of products and it smells just like the flower.

Besides roses and iris, I love delphinium. I plant them every year. Nature gives us countless purple flowers, but few are really, really blue. Delphinium can show a deep genuine blue.

i love love love gladiolus.. they stand so tall and proud, they look good in any setting.. in my house it's not summer yet until the gladiolus have bloomed. (and been cut and brought inside and placed on every available tabletop)

Calla Lilys (first pic) and Moonflowers (second pic) are my favorites. When I was little we had Calla Lilies in our backyard and I always thought they were soft and beautiful. And moonflowers, because they remind me of some VERY romantic times with my husband.
