I would say: no, please save yourself. I am not marriage material. I may be a good child, a good sibling, or a good friend. But being a spouse is an entirely different matter.

I aint seeing anyone but if some guy I liked asked me.....ummm I aint one for marriage but If i thought it would work I'd probsbly say yes if he proved it was worthwhile to me. hold up id say no and after a few more askings i'd probably change my mind and do the asking myself 2008 and all that.

I've been with him for 8 years. He has asked several times and my answer has been no. I just don't see the point. Where I live Common law is just as accepted as marriage.

My heart would be saying YES, I want to marry this person. However, to make it ever so much more meaningful, I would ask him WHY? Then I would have a better idea of what it is he is really asking and my YES would be more of a blessing to him.

I would have to say no. You don't really realize how much you don't know about someone until you get married. I am still married today and will continue to work out some difference I didn't know we had. Hopefully patience is a virtue.
