"He took Bormann with him and cautiously opened the door. In the cramped study, Hitler and Eva Braun sat alongside each other on the small sofa. Eva Braun was slumped to Hitler's left. A strong whiff of bitter almonds -- the distinctive smell of prussic acid -- drifted up from her body. Hitler's head drooped lifelessly. Blood dripped from a bullet-hole in his right temple. I am not convinced at all that he did kill himself.Real proof is vague and rumours are that he escaped and moved to South America. Leaders of other countries had escaped their countries during war,and in the 2'nd world war he would have had easy access to a plane to escape.Someone else could have taken his place to look like him,and forensic evidence was not very reliable in those days, and the news could say that he was dead to put closer on the war.
