Once. 1979. I had worked a night shift for the first time in my life and was driving an unfamiliar freeway, tired but alert, and intimidated by the traffic. The California Highway Patrol pulled me over suspecting me of DUI. They eliminated that possibility quickly and sent me on my way with an encouragement to pick up the speed about 10 mph. I was embarrassed, but relieved. And I took their advice from that day on ... and then some <g>.

No but my grandma has.

Believe it or not yes I was. My car kept slipping out of gear (transmission) so I could only go 25 in a 30 but that didn't stop the cop from writing a ticket. I took it to court and showed the Judge my repair papers which got the ticket dismissed.

No, I've never been pulled over.

It happened to my mom when I was young. I think the cop was just checking to make sure that she wasn't drunk or something, she was going about 25 (miles) at the beginning of a highway. After a quick chat the cop figured we were cool, and my mom was just a very cautious driver, so she let us go.

No. But, i have issued citations for this offense. A man was traveling 30 mph on the interstate with a flat tire. speed limit is 70 mph. Dump truck comes around a curve and runs into rear of slow vehicle. Issued one citation to each driver. one, for impeding traffic, one for following too close.

Last week they pulled me over for going 30 in a 45. I was so mad I took it to court and refused to pay. The cop that wrote the ticket decided to write 58 tickets that day for this that and every reason he could make up so when 50 people showed up contesting those tickets they were dismissed along with the new officer.

Yes I am afraid so , I have been very lucky though because I have a rather heavy foot. Sorry I misread the question.I thought it said Over or under. I have never been stopped for going under.
