I go on a 3 to 4 mile bicycle ride each night. I just got back from tonight's at 10pm Central time. It's so nice to just ride as fast as I want.

yesterday night at work...i was literally moving non-stop for five hours, running all around my work building trying to get the line to get smaller...and other than that at school where i'm constantly going up and down stairs over and over and over and over lol

10/22/...at about 8:15. Before anyone else showed up at work, I knocked out 3 sets of push-ups and 1 set of squats (no weights).

I had to walk clear out to the kitchen to get a beer & some peanuts. I'm exhausted! Women don't realize how hard we guys have it.

hmm i would say 3 days ago. since then, the weather has been foul. all i can do is stretch, and lift weights. never live nearby the ocean. where the weather seems to be worse than living in the inland areas.

About 20 minutes ago. I did a Zumba DVD and now I'm really energized!

This morning. Did a 5 mile walk and did 50 crunches/50 pushups. I workout 6 days a week. I don't mind missing 2 days, but I do get cranking and irritable. And that's when I feel fat, when I don't workout..I had to miss 2 days because of Thanksgiving...UGGGH!! I hate the holidays.

2 days ago. i walk for 1 1/2 hour and come home without sweat. good exercise without looking my worst.

This morning, I went running which I havent done since probably high school so I got a pretty good workout. I felt like I looked like a complete dork in running sneakers and wind pants but it felt great I may have to make this a daily ritual.

2 hours ago. It was shoulder day. not really a favorite but i enjoyed it.

Last Thursday I went to the VA hospital for an infusion. I've been resting a lot since then. But thank you for the encouragement! I'll get on my treadmill tomorrow!
