-
When you can get away with it.
-
When you catch them in your house robbing you.... or even when they are running away down the street if they are stealing your stuff.
-
I don't think murder is ever okay. There are situations that may require killing (self-defense or the defense of another) but I wouldn't consider that murder.
-
never
-
Only when it REALLY needs to be done....and never on Tuesday...Tuesday is a bad day for killin'
-
Never! Don't do it! It's not worth it.

self-defense or the greater good of mankind i.e. killing someone about to hurt the masses

When you have been married to them for 7 years and find out that they have been raping your son and daughters for the last 2 of those years. Even more so when you find out that he has gone to childrens service when he started doing it and told them that his wife is blackmailing him that if he ever leaves her, she will make up a story that he molested the kids. So 2 years later when she finds out what he did and reports him, CPS takes the kids away from her and gives them to him without even really investigating. That is my charming first husband. (They eventually found out I was telling the truth and got the kids from him, but caseworker was so mad that she was fooled that she wouldn't give the kids back to me either. Made up all kinds of stuff and told me face to face that nobody was getting them back cuz nobody makes a fool out of her.)

When they have occupied your country for the resources.
-
Its never ok to murder someone.:)
-
You mean a pre-emptive strike on someone whom you know will do something in the future so you try to stop him/her? Because murder is not self-defense...murder is pre-meditated, planned and purposeful. I don't know the answer to that. Because how do you know for sure? What if you're mistaken? What if you have the wrong house, the wrong purpose? What if some evildoer has lied to you about this person? Too many what ifs for me...what do you think? :)
-
Ask the good people of the state of Texas. They do it all th time!
-
no one has any right to murder anyone.
-
I think I would do it in self defense or if my kids were in any kind of peril from a source. Otherwise never.
-
When they ask silly questions..
-
When they are trying to murder you, or someone that you love.
-
After they hurt my son.
-
When you're in the military, apparently.
-
Never. Murder is defined as : to kill somebody illegally: to kill another person deliberately and not in self-defense or with any other extenuating circumstance recognized by law
-
It's hard to say it's ever OK. Any killing should be justifiable in some way. We've probably all daydreamed about swinging the axe but deep down we know it's not right. You'd swear, when your angry or hurt, that they deserve it. Killing innocents is always wrong. Murdering innocents is despicable.
-
no its not
-
when that someone is you (the murderer).
-
I don't believe it is ever right, however, If you have ever witnessed someone you love in horrible pain and suffering, and begging you to do something......... Dr D helped with many of these mercy killings. I don't know what I would do, I do know I wouldn't want to spend my life suffering.
-
Never. Murder is, by definition, malicious and deliberate homicide.
-
when you accidently run over them with your vehicle.
-
When they decided to hurt with my family
-
Combat.
-
self defense or if they hurt your kids
-
When it's my life, or theirs.
-
when they try to eat your brains and devour your soul
-
If some one was hurting my children or any child I know for that matter they would want to hope the police got to them before I could. There is no excusable reason for touching or hurting a child.
-
To kill, yes, to murder, never. There is a difference.
-
I think God had something to say about that!!
-

-
When it comes down to survival of the fittest.
-
It is never ok to "murder" someone....there are circumstances that you would have to kill someone to stay alive....that would be survival.....to murder someone is to do it in cold blood for no apparent reason or because you wish to do harm on someone just cause...;)

Notice: this is only my personal opinion, in answer to this question: "When it is ok to murder someone?" My Answer: When they have no conscience. A conscience is what defines us a human, and those that do not have a conscience are "Sociopaths"...not really human. There is no possible cure or therapy for them, and the only way to control them is through fear. They enjoy hurting people and have no guilt. They are extremely good at "pretending" to have human emotions. The problem is to correctly identify one. The other problem is to have the right to take it's life.It qualifies under the legal definition of a human being and therefore has legal rights. Since under the law, murder is illegal and you must be willing to accept the consequences. Then murder is not OK. So watch what you say then. OR, YOU COULD: Hire a bunch of lawyers, re-define what one kind of person is, and change the law. Then you can legally kill all those kind of people you want, even if they are innocent! Example: abortion. Just don't call it murder. OK, I'm getting off the soapbox now.
-
accidents happen. i murdered someone in a car accident. i survived. he didnt. he was asleep at the wheel and died in his sleep. the family thought it was murder. certainly not intentional. still someone died.
-
There is a file for it in the court of Law.Not a law remedy at and in whatever circumstances.Self-defence is acceptable if you perceive there is an intruder
-
A homicide can be deemed justified if it is carried out in self defense, or defense of another. What defines this varies from state to state, but generally, a person's life needs to be in danger in order for this defense to fly.
