I jump and run, followed by a hugh scream!!!
-
Why, I'd sing it a lullaby and watch it fall asleep, at which point I 'd place a hand-knitted bootie upon each of it's little feet. Obviously.
-
find the closest thing to smash it with!
-
shoe
-
Go back to what I was doing. Why should I interrupt the spider?
-
Pick it up with something and put it outside.
-
If and when my heart starts beating again, I call for my grandson or Hubby to come out and I leave the room. What happens after that I do not know.
-
ask it to pass the salt, if it says no then i smack it with my shoe
-
Get the shoe or something hard and strong enough to do the grusome job lol its not nice, but u know, who wants to be left keeping one eye on the spider and the other on whatever it is ur doing. Not me!!
-
take it outside
-
I run out and throw a hand grenade in the room. If it doesn't go off, I get the nearest hard thing to smash it with.
-
I take it outside. Or I just leave it be.
-
I catch him by trapping him under a cup and then sliding an envelope under the cup, then taking him outside and setting him free. This may sound silly, but I didn't give him life and I don't feel right about taking life away - even if that life is just a spider's. Mosquitoes, though - tough, LOL
-
I am the one that would go get a cup or a container and catch it so I can set it free..I used to step on them but I would always wonder what if they had a nest of babies somewhere and I just killed their mother, then I would feel horrible...so I stopped =]I love animals...but I HATE bugs!
-
I let them go outside
-
I let them go outside. I haven't always, but I always feel good when I do.
-
Scream like a girl and run away :-)
-
smack it with my hand and eat it.
-
I pick it up and pit it outside.
-
jump up and run!!!! then get my dad to move it.
-
it's a living, breathing creature just like us. it doesn't want to intentionally harm you, especially a human. i would pick him up if he was non-venomous and place him in a plant or on a tree, away from any danger.
-
Jump up, scream, run, and call in a massive Naplam strike in the entire 200 mile radius of the location.
-
If it's too big to squish, I would probably look for some sort of bucket to scoop it up and put it outside.
-
Most of the time I walk quietly away and hope it disappears on it's own. If I see it's on the ceiling over my bed when I want to go to sleep, I try to swat it away and hope it runs into another room or a crack in the wall. Sometimes I will show it to one of my cats and let them handle it. They should do something for me after all the food and medicine I buy for them.
-
Awww I take them outside :)
-
It depends. If it's a regular spider, I pick them up with a piece of paper slid under them and take them outside. But if it's a black widow or somthing dangerous like that then I kill the s#!t out of them!! >_<
-
brush it off onto the floor. Then use TP to scoop it up and SMASH IT, then I flush it.
-
It first gets a verbal warning to go away. If it fails to comply (which they almost always do), I blow it away. If the thing comes back, I take it as it's trying to see how far it can push me, and the spider usually dies at that point. (the methods of the cold-blooded spider murdering vary)
-
I move, if I hadn't gone and built a house and filled it with furniture the spider would be chilling on some vegetation instead of my couch.
-
depending on the size, brush it away or pick it up and let it go outside Glad you gave me that last option :)
-
I have to put it outside. In the garden. Where it can roam free with the buffalo, and dance with the antelope. And catch a fly or two for supper.
-
jump up and run then come back with a shoe.
-
I leave it alone uless it climbs onto me. Then I flick it off.
-
Pick it up and put it outside :)
-
If its outside i just throw it off me. If its inside, maybe ignore it LOL. I live in the countryside so my house is full of little bugs no matter how much i clean it, they just find a way to get in.
-
let it do whatever it wants.... its a spider... its not going to kill me
-
The two little ladies of the house are afraid of spiders but I dont like killing them........they are useful so I let them outside.
-
...ahhhh, I love the little (or big) spiders, and always catch them and move them to a safe spot...
-
I keep a large matchbox to pick it up and throw it outside. I don't want to hurt it but at the same time I can't bear to pick it up in my hand, so this is the best alternative! :)
-
Pick it up and scoop it outside. Killing spiders is bad luck!
-
As long as it doesn't touch me I leave it alone, if it touches me it's getting splatted.
-
<<<<screaming>>>>>
-
I would say how cute it is and probably ask how he is doing. Then either my dogs would come running over and play with it for awhile, then eat it. Or my fiance would come running over to kill it.
-
I let them go outside. In fact, I insist on it.
-
Ok Charolette, I'll let him go. Actually, I let the spiders hang out. They kill the other bugs.
-
jump up freak out scream and run away. grab something to kill it with and run back to the spider and kill it XD
-
smack it - spiders are not an endangered species!
-
depends on the spider since that happens to me all the time lol usually the big hairy wolf spiders get killed and the little daddy long legs i try to catch in a container and let it go :)
-
Identify it - if possible to do so safely - and then kill it.
-
Offer it some of my cottage cheese.
-
It depends. Are you eating curds and whey? Is your name Muffet? Check the Merck Manual for specific instructions. :)
