I'd have to say, the Snickerdoodle, a cinnamon sugar cookie. My husband made me a batch when we first started dating and they've been my favorite ever since.

I think you mean biscuit. I've always been confused by what American's think cookies are. If you mean biscuit, and not cookies, then my favourite are probably fig rolls. I love them so much. It was a toss up between them and Hobnobs. Do they have them in America?

My wife's chocolate chip cookies. As my brother dubbed them...The Evil Cookies. They have inspired poetry and have added pounds & inches to many people in the past. She rarely makes them any more because she knows I will eat every one before she can get them to whoever she promised them to. Each one contains 2 teaspoons of butter, and about a half ounce of milk chocolate. The Evil Cookies and other evil treats she bakes are the primary reason I have to go to the gym five days a week.

Internet Cookies. I get to toss my cookies nearly every day and I can say this with a straight face. Seriously though I love Macadamia Nut cookies. I used to work at a Subway sub shop and I would always bake extra Macadamia cookies because I knew I would have at least two per shift.
