hmmm, I don't cry often, but a glass of water (rehyrdrate yes, nel!) and warm compresses like teabags on teh eyes and temples. Anything that can lay across your eyes and bridge of your nose will alleviate the sinus pressure... I'm glad to read you've stopped crying, though!
