I wore a tie once,to my dads funeral when I was 8,but havent worn one since then.

Never! The last time I wore a tie was during one of my niece's wedding around 1996. Before that, sometime in 1990 as part of my US Navy uniform.

In my winter uniform. And then the school passed a new law, you don't have to wear winter uniform if you don't want to! And no more ties. Since then, never. But I'm sure when I'm older I will have to. But it really confuses me - how to put it on? ... I'll learn.

Ties i like to wear a lot, weddings, out to dinner, even if there is nothing special going on that day, i'll still wear a tie.

Looks like never now. Recently I went to a wedding, laid out my tie and forgot to pack it. No one hanged me for it.
