It depends on the guy. Just cause the girl would think it is sweet doesn't mean the guy wouldn't think it was smothering.

Some would, others wouldn't. Are all girls alike? Of course not. It's the same with guys. You need to get to know the individual, not the gender. That's usually easier for women than for men. Men tend to look at the body and say, "Hey! It's a girl!" and forget that she has a personality.

I think that depends on how frequently the girl is texting / contacting the guy. If that is the 14th time that day she texted him - that's annoying. If that was the only text he got from her that day it might be cute.
