I am trying to find out how I could sell my Salsa and do it Legally. I don't know where to start. I have so many orders to fill, lot's of customers but I'm a bit afraid. Silly I know ..but cautious.

I'd suggest you get an education in business or professional advice from someone who does if you don't already have one. You will need a business license. I'd start with the small business association.
