Killing, bad. Kicking, O.K. Stick with it, it DOES get easier. :)
-
I'd go for kicking--the consequences are not as serious (depending upon your husband of course). Stick with it--I'm 13 years out and it does get easier.
-
It's probably not legal to kill your husband, it would be too messy anyways ;) its okay to kick him so long as it's not in that one place. Have you thought of biting him? It saves time and adds its own little charm lol.
-
at first before reading the subject i thought you were seriously going to kill him and were for some reason posting it up.
-
that is why you have children, kick them.
-
Yeahhh You don't want to kick the car or anything else. That stuff just get's too expensive. It's free for him to shake it off :) AND good job BTW! Yayyyy!
-
If you kick him and then fail to quit, you realize that it will be "revenge time".
-
Yes,Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut....come up with a reasonable explanation!;)
-
LOL! No, but I think the courts might be lenient on you. =P
-
Hey, thats a big step, go ahead and kick him!
-
Good for you. Keep it up. There's a joke in there somewhere about sticking something in your mouth, but I'll let it pass.... This time!
-
Is it you or your husband who has turned into a monster? If it is your husband, no you may not harm him because he is trying to do a good thing and sometimes that is very hard. If it is you, then double no you may not harm him..no one said it would be easy..if it were easy no one would smoke (except the few diehards who don't recognize the harm of smoking)..so suck it up, tough it out and don't take it out on anyone..okey dokey? :) ((hugs))
-
Although the former might not be legal in KY, you're more than entitled to use the "tobacco-withdrawal" defense because Dan White got to use the "Twinkie" defense 30 years ago! :D Congrats on undertaking a sometimes difficult challenge, Cyndi. I wish you the best in succeeding. Hopefully Joe and your subordinates at work will survive. ;)
-
well done for making 72hrs.:-)
-
Keep him, then you wont have to go look for new victim.
-
Don't kill your husband! Good luck on day three - Congratulations and *High Five*
-
I hear you, Cyndi. When I go 72 hours without a smoke, I get the urge to kill my wife. She doesn't even try to go one day without smokes.
-
Thats cute...my husband and i quit together. It's hard, but once you make it to 21 days (I know that, that sounds a long time from now-but its really not) everything seems to calm down some. Good Luck..
-
Congratulations! Perhaps an arch-side-of-the-foot kick to the tush instead of murder?
-
Kicking's definitely allowed in the first 72 days without nicotine!!
-
Yes you are under a lot of stress and you can get away with just about anything for the first 72 hrs.
-
Legally on the 3rd day of withdrawl you may hit or kick him. However if you are concurrently suffering from PMS,you may have grounds for a"Justifiable Homicide"
-
No, not legal. Hope he made it past the 72hr mark, I notice this is an old question. Are congrats for 6 months without smoking in order?
-
Only if he's a smoker who continues to smoke in your presence! : P
