Lindor. I love those round milk chocolates that have two kinds of chocolate. The harder outer chocolate shell and the inner smooth creamy chocolate that melts in your mouth. I can't wait for Christmas time just to get those chocolates!
-
My aunt hazel did when i was a boy. she first introduced me to chocolate made with marshmallow creme. it was the best then and still the best today. The recipe is on a jar of kraft marshmallow creme. Sounds good. think i'll go make some.
-
Frango- -its not that much money
-
Dove bars are pretty damn good.
-
I have a weak spot for Lindt chocolate. Especially the truffles with orange flavored chocolate. I am so cheap and I will treat myself to some good chocolate every now and then.
-
Cadbury - love there creme eggs.
-
Godiva is very good. Abit expensive, but then they are good and use really good ingredients.
-
My favorite is Hebert's Candies, based out of New England.
-
I like Ghirardelli. I probably butchered the spelling, I know. But man, I love their chocolate, and I am not even much of a chocolate enthusiast. Godiva and Lindor has really good chocolate, too, so I am going to have to agree with those who said that =)
-
Guittard has a new line of artisan chocolates (I think they are 65% Cacao). They are incredible and Guittard also includes some educational materials on tasting chocolate, as well as, where the cacao comes from. It's pretty cool if you're a dedicated foodie!
-
Hershey's. I love those Reese's peanut butter cups! http://www.hersheys.com/reeses/
-
Godiva is the best in my book! Expensive, but excellent taste.
-
Belgium. They are considered to be the best in the world.
-
Oompa Loompas if you believe the hype.
-
definatly Godiva but it seems to have a bad name in my family. that is how we break it to someone they are going to be a grandma. A box of Godiva seems to lighten the blow.
-

Euphoria chocolate, it is a company here in town, I do not know if it is world wide. It is the best, and they must know it, it is very expensive!
-
I like Trader Joes 89% extra dark chocolate. Added bonus, a small amount each day is good for you too.
-
White chocolate from Switzerland. It melts in your mouth. Belgian and French chocolate comes in a close second. However, I love Hershey's chocolates, too. I wouldn't put them behind any of the above chocolates because they are a different kind of chocolate altogether. Those European chocolates are fine chocolates, whereas Hershey's chocolate is candy. I like them both. So maybe I should say that Hershey's chocolate is a tie with Belgian and French fine chocolates (but not with white chocolate from Switzerland).
-
I would have to say i love how creamy dove is!
-
Hersheys! All the way!!!! Going to Hersheys PA soon!!!!
-
I dont know about just plain old chocolate, but the chocolate in a kitkat bar is my fav. I think I honestly eat them purely for the chocolate because I'm not keen on wafer cookies.
-
Proper Belgian chocs or Thorntons.
-
cadburys definitly :0)
-
CADBURYS everytime, The Quakers seem to have a secret that nobody can copy. Hersheys have a franchise on things like KitKats and some other bars but they are not at all like the real thing. Harrods chocolate is pretty good too
-
There's this 6 store chain called Hoffman's in Florida. I <3 that place. Their chocolate covered almonds are delicious, and their dark chocolate covered pretzels are to die for. http://www.hoffmans.com/
-
Thorntons. I was at a party last night and they had a Thorntons chocolate fountain with marshmallows and skewers at the side, so you could make like a marshmallow kebab and cover it all in chocolate. Mmmmmm, Thorntons.......
-
Thorntons. Exquisite. Don't know how popular they are overseas though.

My aunt. when i was 8 years old, she made me some chocolate fudge, that knocked me out. it was made with marshmallow ingredients. each piece stood two inches tall and two inches wide. That was a mouthful of fantastic chocolate fudge candy.

well, for years now I"ve always heard that the best chocolate IN THE WORLD is from Belgium.......I was lucky enough to try some once and it WAS very good; it had a more 'sensuous feel' to it than our chocolate, and also didn't seem to be so sickening sweet................
