I make coasters, so I have hundreds of them. I give them out for gifts, and donate them to charity auctions and fairs.

I have a few different kinds that several people have given me over the years. Some cork and wood, some stone, leather, and even one that is crocheted.

I have a ceramic cloisonné peacock coaster. I love it. I had two, but one broke. I also have a gorgeous cut-crystal wine coaster.

I have the stone coasters that have butterflies on them very cute.

I have a lot of promotional ones from recruitment agencies...my brother used to work in recruitment and donated them to me. They're not very nice, though. A bit tacky, really.

I have two sets of 4 coasters: One that my father's wife made me. They are macramé coasters with pink, blue and yellow in them. We only pull them out when she is around. And one soapstone set that are earthy beige.

Yes, I've got some that have cats and moose on them. They are the kind that look like ceramic but they absorb water to keep your drinks from sweating.

I have some round metal ones, with grapevine designs on the edges. They're pretty big, kind of elevated, and goth like. XD I also have some square glass ones I never use, I don't even remember where they come from.

The ones that they give you in bars & restaurants with your drinks. For some reason I have no idea what I collect them!

My friend Keith and I redecorated my brothers room as a surprise, and for coasters we took old cds, and covered one side of them with corkboard and made them into coasters. People keep on asking us where we bought them. LOL. ~+~

I love coasters! Hmmm...I like the ones in Disneyland...:P Just kidding! Okay...I would have to say thirstystone coasters. Those are great. ;)

Wooden with a cork center. I use one for an ivy plant to absorb water that leaks through the bottom of its pot. They're great.
