My advise: You better stop and try to find a very small screwdriver because you will probably damage the screw and will have a hard time trying to fix it.

Head of a straight pin -- if that is too small... you can use a paper clip. bend it open, rub the end against cement, or a rock, until it flattens out. works great for most small screws ( don't ask me how I know this! ha!)

a large shirley temple...I know that was really dumb, so you don't have to say it. Maybe you could flatten out the tip of the edge of a coat hanger or something small and round...maybe beat it down with a hammer. I'm reaching, I know. Sorry.

How bout a butter knife.

Eyeglass screwdrivers (or jewelers screwdrivers) have a very fine edge. You can pick up jewelers tools at Home Depot. Eyeglass screwdrivers you can get in Walgreens, CVS, or most other drug stores or supermarkets.

I either use one of those steak knifes with the pointy end or some mailbox keys work sometimes if they're not too big.

Have a Swiss Army knife? If so, they usually have a small screwdriver built into some of the blades. If not, you can use the tip of a regular pocket knife blade.
