Spray the Windex on a cloth first, then use that to clean the DS. Don't spray the DS and don't push TOO hard when you clean, but don't worry about it too much. Nintendo handhelds are built like tanks. However, using Windex is probably overkill. I've never encountered a small screen that couldn't be cleaned with a huff of warm air and a t-shirt.
