Yes, I only take showers because I hate baths.
-
If I don't have a bathtub, then I guess I have to find someone to wash me.lol
-
I shower so yes.
-
Yeah if it has a shower. I never take baths anyhow. Ew.
-
I could if I really loved the house but, I really love to relax in the bath tub!
-
Sure, but may be a touch harder if you have baby kids or whatever.
-
AS long as it has a shower i'm fine
-
I have been living in a small one room apartment with only a shower stall ... for a little over 3 years ... so, yes.
-
I could as long that it has a shower.
-
The house that I live in has a tub, but only the shower works. But I would love to take a bath.
-
I can. I have even lived in a house without a shower, too:-) But that was because we hadn't built or shower yet, or installed our tub so we bathed next door lol! But now we have a beautiful tub that I can't imagine how I did without. The view is awesome and the atmosphere, the comfort for soaking. Terrific! And we are going to tile the shower in the springtime:-)
-
Sure, but I gotta have my shower!
-
I can, but prefer not to. The bath is a refuge for me, and it seems to be good for my mental health. :)
-
Sure - I never use the bathtub...only the shower. I liked a tub when my kids were toddlers, but they're teens now so they don't use the tub either anymore.
-
Shower is all I need. I hate baths. Soaking in your own dirty water kind of disgusts me.
-
Live, yes. Enjoy living there, no.
-
yep... I have a huge jacuzzi tub and I never use it. lol I am a shower person, not a bath person.
-
Not being a fish I can.
-
I have lived in a house for 5 years without a bath tub, so it is possible , it is an adjustment.
-
I could, but I'd prefer a house with bathtub and shower.
-
Well I wouldn't die, that's for sure! But really, most people I know including myself take showers and don't have the time to fill a tub with water before washing up. Besides, tubs are for bathing and relaxing which I'd assume is not done daily? I personally would always want a tub in my house vs. a shower stall, for the resale purposes it would be more desirable, for personal reasons, I'd like to have the option to take a bath if I ever wanted to.
-
Yes we have removed the bath and have a walk in shower.
-
only just. my house has no bath and i miss it so much
-
As long as it has a shower :)
-
Good question... I'm actually trying to decide that right now. I found a great apartment that has everything I want except for the bathtub. I may bite the bullet and go for it, baths aren't all that important.
-
Sure you can... but why do you ask?
-
I redesign bathrooms and kitchens for a living. Many people have requested their tubs to be replaced with a shower only. I personally would like the benefit of both. When I want to unwind and relax, I bathe otherwise, shower it is!
-
yes, I like showers
-
as long as there is a working shower, then no problem
-
In India we (tourists) were limited to one bucket of water per day because of drought. I found that it is possible to get wet all over, soap onself and rinse with 5 cups water. I washed all over 3 times a day because it was so hot. I met an American Mormon this year who did not know there were people in the world who lived without indoor plumbing. Amazing!
-
For a family home with kids you must have a bath, most small kids hate showers If you are a couple with no kids/older kids a shower is fine. If you cant afford a shower, get you wife to wash in the kitchen sink, it could be fun watching!!
-
Now that the kids are teenagers, I wish I didn't have that tub! Give me a beautiful wide shower anyday!
-
i only have a shower but I sure do miss my bubble baths. It's just too hard to relax your tired, achy feet in a shower
-
Sure, as long as the rest of the house is fine and there's a decent shower.
-
ABSO-flippon'-LUTELY! I have not taken a bath in 40 years! Wait a minute! Please allow me to elaborate. I have only taken SHOWERS for most of my adult life. We have three "full baths" in our home, yet two of them contain tub-sized showers. A few years ago they would have only qualifed as 3/4 baths. Go figure.
-
yes i can live in a house without a bathtub.
-
Yes. I once lived in a basement, where the bathroom only had a shower. Top shower, too!
-
if there was a lake near by.
-
YES AS LONG AS IT HAS A SHOWER AND A SWIMMIMG POOL
-
Since my kids aren't little anymore, YES! Showers for everyone.
-
yea I'm a shower guy
-
Yes. In fact, many houses in my area are being built now with no tub. Statistics show few people bathe in tubs anymore.
-
Yes I have for 10 years. I mame ample use of the tub at my boyfriends though!
-
Yes as long as it has a shower!!! : O )
-
No, bathtubs are multifuctional
-
Yes .. I can live without a bathtub ... My current home has a bathroom that has a tub w/ shower and the 2nd bathroom just has the free standing shower unit ... The 2nd bathroom is MY Private Bathroom as I ONLY do showers ... If I want to sit in water; I climb into the Hot Tub ...
-
Why wouldn't You be able to live in a house without a bathtub? you can even sell a house that has shower only. More info on Realb Estate at www.candyinbody.com
-
Yes I could, but my wife couldn't.
-
I certainly need a faucet and a drain!
-
I'm in America. My apartment has 2 standard American bathtubs, neither of which is really adequate for taking a bath. They're too short and steep-sided to lie in comfortably. So in effect, I do live in a home without a (worthwhile) bathtub. but the showers work fine.
-
yes, but not without a shower. when I was in combat a 100 years or so ago, we learned to shave, brush our teeth and bathe in a bowl of water.
-
Of course. Some people live in houses without running water even.
-
Living in a house without a bathtub is not a complicated issue. Although for some it is a necessity. Bathroom without a bathtub is unimaginable for them but then we all know exceptions are every where. I don't think it is really difficult to live in a house not having a bath tub. http://www.lagunaoc.com/laguna-beach-homes
-
Yes of course, because for living you don't need a bathtub! But if somebody gifts me a house from here http://www.lagunaoc.com I won't mind at all.

-
I currently do. My bathroom only has a stand up shower.
-
Definitely. I can't remember the last time I took a bath. Too much trouble to clean the tub. Always shower.
-
Sure, but can you sell a house with no bath?
-
Obviously. Only water is required to take bath and not bathtub.
