My experience has been one cat will be more affectionate to you and almost act as though he thinks he is human. Two cats living together, relate to each other and act more cat-like, more detached. On the upside, they keep each other entertained. But they can be harder to train.

G''day shammer, Thanks for your question. It depends on your circumstances. However, I would go for one as it is easier to look after one than two. Regards
-
They will be more fun to watch if you get two.
-
I say start with one. Cats can be a handfull. You could always et another one down the road! ;o)
-
It really depends. Do you work a lot? If so, one cat will get very lonely, so you'd need two to keep the kitten from becoming sad. Can you handle two kittens at once? Be sure to discuss it, if you live with others, with the other members of your household. Remember, twice the kittens, twice the feeding, heath, insurance, and care.

Dont get any....get 2 dogs instead they are much more fun and keep you fit too :)

I think I'm the wrong person to ask. I have five!! I always say the more the better when it comes to cats.
-
Two. One for lunch, one for dinner.
-
We have two.I got my second kitten after I had the first one for a year.
-
i have 2 cats and they keep each other entertained
-
Two for sure! they will have each other to play with, they are great fun, and great time wasters to watch, you will love all the rough and tumbles, go for it and enjoy!
-
You should definately get two. They will be leaving their mother, but if you get two siblings they won't be so sad. They can play together. Having said that, I, myself, enjoyed being an only child!
-
i think that 2 and 1 are about the same level of difficulty to look after and if theres 2 they have someone to talk to.
-
I've got 2, they are 16 weeks old and they are great fun, they have never kept me awake at night (they have each other), they have never cried for their mum (they have each other) I have not come home to a mess ((they have each other). they are great entertainment when they have that mad moment in the evening, usually when you are trying to watch your fave tv programme!!!! I say GET TWO!!!! The insurance isnt that bad.
-
You should definitely get two so they can keep each other company when your not home.
-
Despite the rumors that say otherwise, cats do need companionship. If you are home with your kitty all day and night, great. But chances are you won't be. I would never have just 1 cat. A solitary kitten may be lonely and fearful. Two kittens play with each other, and therefor get into less mischief. And they are SO much fun to watch! :D When it comes to cats, two is always better than one.

2 CATS ARE GOOD, BUT IT DOES MINE TOUBLE TROUBLE AS THERE WILL BE 2 RUNNING UP AND DOWN CURTAINS, BUT IT WILL BE DOUBLE FUN FOR YOU AND THE CATS
