I feel safe because our home has never been broken into but if that day were to come then even deadbolts wouldn't make me feel safe. I keep everything locked and bolted because I am home alone a lot.
-
No. My home isn't exactly the most caring environment because of my parents, but my siblings are very loving and kind.
-
I do feel safe. I've lived here for nearly 24 years. I lock my bedroom door securely at night and I don't care who get in downstairs as there is nothing of monetary vale . . . just sentimental. By the time they broke down my bedroom door I'd have contacted the police and/or jumped out the window.

Yep, very, reasonably speaking. Small town, lived here most of my life, know all my neighbors, and we keep an eye out for each other, have a good security alarm system, have a cop for a next door neighbor and have a good arsenal of privately owned (and registered) weapons with which I am expert. Need more?

I feel perfectly safe. I live in a small village where crime is virtually unheard of.
-
I feel plenty safe. My husband likes guns and he is always more alert to potential problems then I am.
-
Yes. I feel safe because of the absence of guns here.
-
Yeah..I feel safe in our home..Every time I'm there my mind and heart is always at rest..^_^
-
A few swords and one mean psycho ass cat.

I feel rather safe. Our home would be rather difficult to break into. I also know were every fire arm is and it's condition (all well tucked away). If someone tried to break in, they would have to make a lot of noise and I am a light sleeper in general. My biggest concern is slipping on cat pee.
-
Yes I do. My guns and knives.
-
I sleep like a rock. there is no worries when I lay down. I ain't got anything easy to walk out with, except the guns next to the bed.
-
I just do. I don't live anywhere particularly nice or rotten, I suppose I'm at as much risk as anyone, but it just doesn't concern me. I feel safe because I've never had a reason to feel otherwise.

an electric fence
-
Yeah, and to which provides the security: a hand sharpened machete which is very, very sharp. That's not the only toy there is either.
-
the 2x4's in my room
-
Yes and no. I feel secure because no one has ever tried to enter my home (to my knowledge) but at the same time I'm fully aware that anyone can and that the only thing between them and my family is about a 16th of an inch of breakable glass.
-
Yes I do..
-
I do. It might be a false sense of security. I live in a townhouse developement and I've never heard of any crimes committed here, and I've lived here almost 19 years. The neighbors watch out for each other and it would be difficult to go unnoticed.
-
Yes, I do. My loaded shotgun and the Pitbull I own provide me with that feeling of safety
-
Yes I feel safe...I have a dog who knows two commands - maim or kill...
-
Yes. I how a chow/australian shepard mix that is very protective.
