How comfortable is the heating and air conditioning in your workplace?

The building I work in is older than life. It was made of stone over 80 years ago, 14ft high ceilings and no insulation of any kind. It does get a little too warm in the summer and a little too cool in the winter, but I am really surprised that it is not worse.

I work in the basement, and it's nice and cool in the summer and nice and cold in the winter... but they leave us alone.
