Curl up and sleep. It's as close to death as you can get without actually...you know...dying.
-
turn up the music loud and dance!

I either cut myself or curl up and die....

I pray alot for peace of mind and heart. If this feeling is long lasting it is possible that you are depressed, in which case you should see a doctor.

You get {{{HUGS}}} from your friends, who will offer you a shoulder to cry on, or a laugh. Friends who will remind you sincerely that things will get better, because sooner or later, they will. Bad feelings have a way of magnifying themselves when you keep them all bottled up inside, Doodle. You are an awesome, strong person. Hold onto that knowledge, and keep your hopes and dreams for the future alive. More {{{HUGS}}}

I never feel that way even when I'm depressed. But I can tell you that when you feel that way if you will force yourself to go out and compliment 10 people and not come back home until you've accomplished that . . . you'll feel differently when you come home. You will have taken the focus off yourself and focused on other people. Complimenting is the first project. The next time you feel that way, you must go out and do something nice for 10 people . . . even if it's just picking up a piece of paper they dropped or whatever. Doing something nice for others is a happiness tonic.

stand up and live..force yourself..get help for your depression:)
-
I stand up and face the music.

Sometimes I listen to music, which helps, but usually I just stay really moody for the rest of the day and bring everyone else down. I sometimes wonder if I'm affecting a different personality online to compensate for it unconsciously, it's a scary thought.
-
i meditate, listen to music, i used to play drums not anymore though but it helped a lot, i think what keeps me going is music.
-
I get that alot, But meditation works alot and self hypnosis for self healing creating inner peace.

i flirt. i flirt with guys i don't even like. its horrible, i kno and i don't even realize that i'm doning it. Really, though i've figured out that it makes me feel worse about myself. I continue to do this though, because i accidentally lead guys on and then don't know what to do but go out and break up. this, of course, leads to more problems, which then make me feel worse about myself anf the cycle continues. You could say i'm completely screwed up, but i bet this answer was more interesting than all the rest. If not, then somebody is pretty damn screwed up.

I take a bath, and then bake something. Sometimes, I just need to feel like there's SOMETHING I'm in full and complete control over, even if it's just some perfectly golden-brown chocolate chips cookies.
