I use to be addicted to world of warcraft, but after a while the people, the players started to get to me... no matter what guild i joined even when i started my own... the drama was always the same. drama drama drama.

I work 9 hours each day, and when I'm not working I'm at home playing WoW. I eat, drink and smoke near the computer. If a human being could do without going to the toilet, I would be more hours with this game. Is that addicted enough for you??? :)

70 Druid, i don't play anymore though. Raiding is too time consuming. I was more interested in the novelty of the game. Teaming up with 39 other people to raid, coordinating efforts etc, just doesn't appeal the same as it did, doubt it ever will!

im addicted. when i get a week of vacation going you can find me sitting at my comp playing the game hacking away at people with my lvl 35 warlock. i've played it so much i have 4 other lvl 20 charecters on the same server. im so addicted that sometimes i don't even know if im hungry, thirsty , or have to go to the bathroom. yeah im addicted all right.

I tried the game for about 3 months and was singularly unimpressed by it. So I left it and went back to "City of Heroes".

I don't play MMO's for two reasons: 1. They aren't fast paced enough for me. 2. They're more addicting than any other type of game. There was one guy who blew his head off kurt cobain style cuz his character in everquest got killed or something. I kid you not. It was in the news. I feel sorry for anyone who can put that much self worth into an online character.

I was addicted to it at first. Then I installed an addon to make game play more fun. It was recommended by my guildies so I thought it was safe. NO WAY! My account password was copied by the addon and I lost everything. Took me forever to get my account back. Once I did I had to start over. I played on a PVP server and it took me forever but I finally made it to 70 (gnome mage). My friend and I got bored so we went to a normal server and made horde characters. I now have a 70 undead warlock, a 65 blood elf mage, a 26 troll hunter and a 12 undead mage. I was having fun with it until my warlock got to level 70, got extremely good gear and was ready for gruul's but couldn't find a guild that was even running karazhan. I finally did but because of drama I left. I joined another and left due to drama as well and because they were lazy. Now I'm in yet another guild and I'm really bored with it. It's not so easy to get 10 - 25 people on at the same time to run instances all the time and get better gear to work towards Black Temple. I'm about to give up! Richard Shines P.S. If I don't end up even starting Black Temple by the time the next expansion is released then I won't even bother picking it up. It's not worth spending like $20 a month on a game you can't beat because you can't get other people together to beat it or even get near the end.

Me, but I am cutting down. I use to work off of 3 accounts, one in the US, 2 in the EU. Over 80 alts. and have been playing since the game came out. Now I have one account and been cutting my alts down a bit too. *cries* I want my US account back!

I've gotten a new character to level 16 in less than 24 hours. I've gotten "seasick" from playing WoW too many hours on end. I've actually lost weight on the "Warcraft diet". Does that not answer your question?

i bought the game, played it for the 30 days that it came with, kept it another 30, then canceled my account. i simply couldnt get into it...*shrug*

I was addicted for a while but now I have a 70 (full s3 Warrior) a 68 and multiple 40 alts and I'm barely impressed now-a-days when I log on. When I do all I do is play to help out people like my dad get his arena points. I might get back into it when WOTLK comes out but who knows :)

i'm not addicted, i just prefer it to watching tv. i still maintain a social life, work, spend time with my wife. i have 2 end-game characters, another that is close (L62), a few in the 30's/40's, but i mostly just login, do a run with guildies or do some dailies and leave.

I've been playing WoW for sometime now. It's a great game, but EQ was more addicting.

I'm a huge gamer, but I've NEVER been full out addicted to a game, not even WoW. I might play a game often, but my interest in it tends to die down quickly. I can never play the same game for a extended period, without wanting something new, and unique. A little after level 60, I got bored with WoW, and started seeking another game to play.

If I have a Level 70 of every class including two 70 rogues 1 alliance and 1 horde and two 70 shamans 1 alliance one horde am I addicted? I however quit the game about 8 months ago and just recently decided to play again but I set parental controls on myself to limit gameplay. I only play max 5 hours a week now.

Not me, but my ex was and it was bad. He would yell at me if I called during raids and even ditched me once (left our date early) to raid. The game was like "the other woman" :(

not me i played wow in 3 periods first for like 3 months then 1 month then 3 days trouble with this game is its always the same damn thing,do repetitive quests and kill the same mobs over and over,and when ure done,go whack each other on the battlegrounds no,i prefer more variable games and i get tired of repetitive task very quick

Although I'm obsessively addicted, I still do know how to log off for RL stuff (srsly). I raid 4 nights a week (25mans) Weekends are 10mans Fridays are heroics. During the day, I play my alts, or farm raid mats for the evening. I have: 70 undead lock 70 belf pally 70 tauren warrior 70 draenei shaman 63 (and leveling) belf hunter 50 tauren druid 45 belf mage 32 gnome warrior 20something gnome mage and a few lower ones. I do have 2 accounts, but when you think about it, its a bargain. $15 is cheaper than 2 movie tickets for a friday night. A month worth of entertainment > 2 hrs. And I'm not lying. I do know how to log off for RL.

me me me. a mixture of wow and ventrilo will ruin your RL relationships. i wish i had never started playing, although i have met some cool people through the game. it nearly cost me my marriage and before people start saying how silly is that......it is no less of an addiction than crack is stay away from the game for your own good

No, haven't even touched the game, I'd probably play it if I had money for it, but what... $12 a month, it's not worth it, and in my own personal opinion, no pay-to-play game is worth $50+infinite, then when an expansion comes out it's "all the rage" to get it... screw that.

I do not like war and at times feel I would never defend America again, but deep down in the heart I would fight to have the old America back again and oust this socialist government and close our borders to others. People that feel against this government need to remember and get out and vote and we can oust the government and put people we elect in and not whoever rigs it the best.
