No, because some white people will not date black people.And visa-versa. There will AlWAYS be blacks and whites.

Almost certainly, yes. The "races" we see in the world now only exist because of physical separation so that people from different groups could not meet. Unless we have to give up all long distance travel, the concept of human "race" will become obsolete. I don't know how long it will take, but it will be all for the better when it does. My guess, totally uninformed, is that in another 1-200 years, the number of people for whome (like Tiger Woods) the question of race is too dofficult to answer will grow so large that people will stop asking the question.

No one is 100% one race anyway. So in a way this has already happend. Oprah may say she is black or African american, but she is so much more. She may have a great great great great Chinese granny. I may look mixed, black and white, but I know better, I am so much more than european and african.

I'm not going to go into any sort of technical detail with my answer. All I will say is that everyone is a mutt, to put it bluntly. I am white, according to the eye. Otherwise I am Cheyenne, Cherokee, German, Irish, Scottish, and English. People need to learn to look past mere skin color and accept that we are really of one race. Distant as our ties may be, we are all tied together. Sure, you may find those who can prove me wrong, but otherwise, who is to say that we aren't just mixed races.

There is no such thing as "race". That is a socially constructed term designed to separate those of a "different" color or cultural background. We are already one race.

That's what I'm hoping. I'm pretty sure more people would mix interracially and have kids in the future, while som would stick to their race. Even I would mix interracially, but not have kids, but that's a different story.

No, thats assuming that every "race" will have children with another "race only making one race (this world is not made up of black and white people or only asian and hispanic). But there's tons of different colors and people, the only thing that will happen in the future will be a blurred idea of "race"...which could do us all some good.

Technically no because ppl will still raise their kids to be hateful and so therefore we will have a select few who will refuse to mix it up. wouldn't it be nice though, but then we would probably hate by the tone of the color of our skin.

That is why they say redheads will become extinct. I think it would take a thousand years of mixing for it to happen though if not more. I thought they did a study where it turned out people who strongly identified themselves as aryan turned out to be about 30% black and blacks who strongly identified themselves as black were euwally if not more mixed race already? People will in the end spread more towards the middle line. I am from the UK and we have a lot of African refugees here - and to me a lot of American blacks bear no resemblance - they are a lot paler with more European features and already look very mixed race. I'm a redhead - personally I like being different. I'd like to have at least one redheaded child. It is great we are all so unique - it would be a shame if all the idiosyncracies that define the different races died out. It would be nice if all the attitudes about race died out though. It seems to me that a lot of 'racism' now is more about culture than colour though.
