If you're too lazy to do your own homework, don't expect others to just do it for you. But if you honestly don't quite understand it, just ask us "how would you use substitution in a problem like this?" To use substitution, you need to make the equation on the left into the format x = y +b, so you'll need to divide everything by 4. Then just plug that equation into the other one. 2(y/4 + 6/4) + 2y = 10
