I'd have to put Michael Crawford's "The Music of the Night" from Phantom of the Opera right up there.

Hands down BRING HIM HOME from Les Miserable. (And i'm not a big Les Mis fan). If you get the right person to sing it, it should bring you to tears musically.

It think that "Who am I" and "Javert's Suicide" are both powerfully emotional from Les Mis. If you want something more humorous though "Master of the House" is my personal favorite.
