I had a bad hangover last week. I tried what a friend recommended which was: Two glasses of tomato juice and two bananas. I actually felt normal within a half hour.

Fun, it's too late to help you now that the deed is done, but if you want to prevent this in the future, drink a LOT of water before you go to bed, take some headache pills and a Sudafed, if it won't keep you awake. Take a big glass of water to bed with you and drink it throughout the night, if you wake up. Drink water throughout the evening, if you can't stand the thought of drinking a bunch when you're done drinking. I'm telling you, this is your BEST defense against a hangover. I speak from many years booze hound experience. Dehydration is the main reason for your hangover. Make sure you also eat at least 'something'. Both of these will prevent the pain and suffering and you won't have to deal with it the next day.

Eat something light. Drink A LOT of water. Take ibuprofen every couple of hours. And just chill.

Crawl back in bed and try to sleep it off
