You'll need a special green cabel which you can probably get from most electronics stores but I can't exactly tell you how to connect it, my brother is the wiz at this stuff. Just go to an electronics shop and ask them what you'll need to connect a computer to an Xbox, if that doesn't work try looking on google because that's how my brother figured out how to put it together too! Hope this helped a bit!

there are many ways to answer this question. if you mean linking your xbox and computer for windows media player and windows media center then you only need your xbox to be on the same network as your computer. if you mean hooking your xbox to the internet then there are many ways to do this: if your on a wireless network then you can; a. buy a wireless adapter for your xbox($100) or b. directly hook your xbox to the wireless router. in response to your first response the cord doesnt have to be green. it can come in many colors. if you want the name of it its a cat5 cord. short for catagory5. you can hook it up buy pluging one end into the ethernet port on the back of your xbox and the other end into your router or modem. for more information call 1-800-4-my-xbox
