  • No, but I wouldn't let them sit by me in the cafeteria just to make sure they understand the seriousness of their offense!
  • I assume nothing. Some people just don't ask to be on friends lists, and others don't make requests. I respect and love plenty of users who aren't on my list. I'm sure there are some people that would do it that way, but I'm just not one to assume that's the reason they're doing it.
  • I wouldn't assume anything. But I would recategorize the question from "Superlative Answerbaggers" to "Users" =)
  • No. I know and respect alot of users on here but they are not on my friends lists (o-uknow for example) and if I saw that any of them jumped over a significant mark then I would congratulate them and I hope they would take it in the good hearted way it was meant. However If it was someone I had had little to no contact with then I would be a little suspicious.
  • Absolutely not. This place is valuable to me because it maintains it's sense of community and its answers..the points are tertiary, at best.
  • No I don't think so. I guess it would depend upon the question. I've had a few asked about me and I don't recall thinking they were doing it for points. Personally, I get embarrassed when people ask questions about me. I don't know why, I just do.
  • No I feel this is a good community of people in general and the question was in good spirit.
  • I doubt it. I don't really pay that much attention to my AB Friends' List anyway.
  • Man am I glad that "superlative" category is gone. Anytime somebody asked about me it was for a good reason, not a points related one. So, no.
  • Nah, rather they wanted to get flagged for wrong catagory.
  • It depends. If it was someone I had some good interaction with in the past then I probably would think nothing of it but If they weren't a friend and I never talked to them I would assume they were out for points Unless of course it was a negative question then I would assume it was someone I pissed off.
  • No, not necessarily, the might have a legitimate concern and or trying to obtain the right answer.
