Can I save text messages and voicemails from my cell phone to a cd or something that I can use in court? I need to free up space on my cell phone.

Contact your cell phone provider. They should be able to pull and information from your records/phone. Only they can tell you how to accomplish this. sorry

You can forward your text messages to your computer and burn them to CD from there.

Yes you can do it because ive done it myself. All you need to do is, get a usb lead that connects to your phone and too your computer. When you first bought your phone, the box had a CD that is the CD you need to install usb via phone. When you have done that, transfer files between phone and PC and burn CD on realplayer. Good luck
