Hm... Well it's difficult without knowing the last name, but the first that came to mind for me was "Renée"

Louise or Louisa come to mind. Actually, my friends Frank and Cynthia have a daughter Olivia, so I will ask them what they chose as a middle name, too. I'm thinking with as many syllables as Olivia has in the first name, the middle name should probably not have more than two.
