It's a generic form of Lortab also known as hydrocodone and is prescribed for pain. It contains 7.5 mg narcotic and 500 mg tylenol. This particular pill has a line through the center in order to make it easier to break in half. It's manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. I'm no doctor. I just know this info. because I take the same pills for endometriosis. Personally I think the Watso brand of the same pill is more potent though not really sure how or why that is.
