Mostly water. Salt. Some added protein to make it into a better lubricant. That'd be mucus - nearly always the same protein for lubricant wherever you find it in the animal kingdom. A soupcon of salivary amylase an enzyme (also a protein) which gets a head start at the digesting process by breaking down starch into sugar. Not much else. Trace amounts of various enzymes and minerals.
