The Bittorrent network. From sites like www.thepiratebay.org and www.torrentspy.com, you can search for whole albums, and even download discographies (all the music a band/artist have ever produced) You'll need a bittorrent client first (basically the program needed to download from these sites), and I reccomend Utorrent (www.utorrent.com). Google for a guide to using bittorrent. Also, bittorrent can be used to download anything (movies, software, games, etc.), it is not limited to music.

iTunes, Limewire, and several hundred of my friends & family share with attachments to emails ... Lime wire..but the guy who installed our internet told us not to use it because it can cause viruses since kids can get on it. I don't know about that but we haven't had any problems. We just make sure we turn it off when we are done.

I just downloaded a nice little (which it isn't, I just prefer it) program called Limewire, then I pirated the Limewire Pro version from Limewire which gave me increased downloading speed, then I can get all the music I feel that I love.
