  • Avoid carbs. No pastas no rice, no bread, no starches. Avoid sugar, except in the case of a blood sugar crisis. Eat less food. Don't drink sugary drinks. Eat small portions of meat and green leafy veggies. This is how my diabetic buddy controls his blood sugar. 4/9/25
  • Foods rich in fiber and healthy fats slow down the rate at which the sugar enters the blood stream.
