Probably the United States.

currently: probably Iran is the underlying cause of most attacks against US people * probably China is the greatest potential enemy, but their economic strength is already faltering, and I expect that they will no longer be a threat by 2050. (Either they will break apart, have a democratic revolution, or "clamp down with the iron hand" before then, any of them resulting in their economy and, therefore, military becoming much less powerful)
