    the witch doctor will hurt your back be very careful. If you go once you will probably need to go often after that. I had a back x-ray yesterday sciatic nerve pian is the most painfull thing Ive ever expeirenced in my life.

    Prefer osteopath, I have one that won't give you more appointments than you need, louder cracks, and sharper manipulation, then they massage the muscles, which is good because problem bone structure can pull on muscle and tight muscle can put you out of spinal alignment, so both should be considered, I felt I had more range in movement after. Ask around someone might recommend, but be wary of those who book multiple appointments when really you don't need them.
