They all speak the unknown tongues and it's always some version of "andaley babba messiah". I have heard that phrase many times at their meetings. When the spirit takes them and they start rolling around on the floor shouting the unknown tongues, it can be pretty strange. I've never been around the ones who use the venomous snakes in their meetings though. 8/18/24

Meh...it's not for me, but...to each his own. They're my fellow Christians, even if we don't see eye-to-eye on all issues.

Pentecostalism is a Protestant Charismatic Christian movement that emphasizes the direct personal experience of God through baptism with the Holy Spirit. Pentecostals are famously known for speaking in tongues in which it is supported by the scriptures. The practice of speaking in unintelligible words and sounds is a religious ritual or experience. Anyone who speaks in tongues must have someone to interpret. 1 Corinthians 14:27-28 "If any speak in a tongue, let there be only two or at most three, and each in turn, and let someone interpret. 28 But if there is no one to interpret, let each of them keep silent in church and speak to himself and to God."
