Will any of you be traveling to see the total eclipse on 4/8 this year?
I see several offers on Craigs list rideshare for rides to Texas to see it. 4/6/24

4/6/2024, I will be at work, although I'll go outside in the lobby area to see a noticeable partial eclipse beginning at 10:06 am in the City of Angels. The eclipse will first be visible over the South Pacific Ocean, reaching the Pacific coast in Mexico before continuing northeast.

No, not that interested in it and where I live there will be 92% coverage plus clouds.

We're supposed to have a heavy cloud cover so NOTHING to see!!! Anyway, I saw the 2017 eclipse firsthand & I wasn't impressed. Kinda like bad sex, it was over before it began. So, I definitely will NOT be paying outrageous amounts to travel to where I can see it. The dumbest I've heard are people paying in the thousands to travel to & stay at Niagara Falls for just 4 minutes of darkness. I have better things to do with my money!!!
