Constant thinking can keep me awake at night at times. There are times when it feels like the world is spinning inside my head and that can affect my sleep.

My brain, anxiety basically, but it's almost an alarm asking me to face and understand myself, once that's there, you can calm it, or sometimes it's just staying in your head, instead of connecting with the body, when you connect to the body you can feel your emotions, anxiety is almost a state of delayed fear to feeling sometimes, when all you need is a good cry.
