If an Answerbag user no longer uses their account what is the point in their older questions being bumped to the top of the questions list?

Many users who are no longer active have asked good questions. I answer them, cause I feel my answers should be known. Despite how old the questions/answers are, this allows the active users to read the newest answers, and also share their opinions.
