Yes it can, but so can just about anything else you eat. Get some broth and drink it, along with lots of water/fluids to prevent dehydration. That will set easier on your stomach than something more solid. I hope you recover soon. 1/12/24

10/28/2024, yes, and with more chances if your stomach cannot fully break down the fiber. Fact: fiber-rich foods are often low in calories, but they make you feel full quick, causing bloating, abdominal pain, constipation and etc.
