  • I'm not too sure
  • Sure. I love saving money and I don't believe in ghosts.
  • You don't have to be religious to dislike the idea of moving into a house where someone was murdered.
    • Jenny's Gone On Vacation
Thanks for sharing! In this case, I'm religious. Suppose I am married to an Atheist and we tried to buy a house were such a crime took place. I would not agree with buying the house, knowing I believe in evil spirits or what the general public calls "ghosts." The Atheist would argue with me, saying: "Ghosts don't exist." If one side does not agree with each other, it doesn't matter how good the deal is if neither one of us cannot come to an agreement.
  • My grandson and his family bought a place like that. An adult son murdered his mother in the house with a shotgun. He is now in prison, and the woman who made the payments is dead. The house went into a short sale and he got it a very reduced price. Lock stock and barrel. Everything that was still in the house and in the yard. He and his family cleaned it up and repainted and nobody has ever felt haunted at all there. 10/23/23
  • Meanwhile, a married couple of a Christian and an Atheist argue whether to buy the house or not. The Christian asks and tells the Atheist: "Did you hear that strange noise? The house is haunted." The Atheist says: "You are delusional." The Christian responds: "Nope, demons are fallen angels, also known as "evil spirits" who rebelled against God, and they are evil, deceptive and destructive according to 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 in which they masquerade as angels of light." The Atheist gets ticked off and responds: "That's BS." The Christian follows: "You are disrespecting my religious beliefs." The Atheist asks: "Why talk about Religion if you know I am going to get mad 😡?" The Christian responds: "Because we're buying a house were a family was murdered, and you know how religious I can get 🤷‍♀️." The Atheist cools off and then says: "Let's go look at another house." The Christian then agrees and says: "Good!" Conclusion: The house remains unsold. 🏡
